Snails
Sabarot offers you a wide range of canned snails, including very large, medium, and large sizes. Discover the Burgundy snails (Helix pomatia), which are wild and particularly meaty, as well as Helix lucorum snails and achatinas. At Sabarot, we provide them just cooked in a fragrant broth, allowing you to prepare all your recipes and season as you wish. You will also find empty shells and edible shells ready to be filled with your snail butter or any other preparation.
