Morels
Sabarot offers you a complete range of dehydrated morels or in jars. Extra morels, special morels (morel heads), micro morels, morel powder and granules, there's something for everyone! All Sabarot morels are rigorously selected before being sorted and packaged in France, in the Haute-Loire department, in the heart of Auvergne.
The dried morels (Morchella conica or esculenta) will enhance your pasta, potato, and risotto recipes, as well as all your meats and fish. Also, use the rehydration water for a more pronounced taste. More simply, use the morels in jars: drain, rinse, and prepare like fresh mushrooms!
